What you can expect
- Consult our customers in the telecommunications industry strategically and technically with a focus on:
- Technology Strategy and Architecture for IP Core Networks and Telco Cloud Infrastructures
- Deployment and use of Software Defined Network Products (SDN) in the Data Center
- Network Function Virtualization (NFV)
- Set-up of scaled agility and state-of-the-art software development methods
- Take responsibility as (sub-)project manager and within the scope of project management and customer management tasks
- With your experience you will develop industry-oriented consulting topics and methods as well as support in the marketing of our consulting services
- We aim to change operators into a cloudified Environment to become a drive for digital enablement. Different roles have to be played. Be one of them
What we are looking for
- Bachelor or Master's degree in communications engineering, (business-)informatics, (commercial-) engineering, natural sciences or a comparable degree
- Relevant professional experience, ideally in (international) consulting or telecommunications companies
- Desired sound knowledge of
- Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Network Function Virtualization Infrastructure: architecture and tools (z.B. OpenStack); Orchestration of VNF
- Carrier IP/MPLS network architectures (Core, Aggregation, IP-RAN), protocols and standards
- Software development process based on Continuous Integration/Deployment/Testing
- Agile methods, at least on team level, but preferably on program/company levels
- Experience in (partial) project management and customer control based on the "Servant Leader" model
- Potentially experience in preparing offers and in project and customer acquisition
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills combined with above-average commitment
- Enthusiasm for the interaction of technology and economy
- Readiness to share knowledge with less experienced colleagues and Internal need to continuously learn
- Fluent communication skills in German and English (other languages are of advantage)
- Readiness for foreign assignments
